Q: How do I become a member of the Tampa Bay International Business Council?

A: Anyone who is a registered, paid-up member of any of the supporting Chambers, Business Councils or Trade Associations, including the International Business Board, is automatically a member of TBIBC.

It is important to understand that the binational chambers, councils and trade associations are not “in-groups” from national or ethnic groups. They have a passion for inclusion and integration with mainstream America, and for sharing their cultures of origin, their business networks,  their knowledge of regional and global business and culture, and their love of their home in the Tampa Bay region.

The TBIBC also welcomes the entire business community of Tampa Bay area to the many events created by TBIBC, the binational chambers and trade associations it represents. Visitors to our region are received with hospitality and friendship. However, please be advised that there are RSVP requirements and there may be non-member prices for some events.

If you have any problems registering as a member with your organization of choice, please contact a TBIBC Board member, and we will be glad to assist you. All the following chambers have senior executives on the TBIBC Board.

Q: What are the benefits of being a member of the TBIBC?

A: TBIBC members are part of the movement for Diversity, Collaboration and Prosperity in the Tampa Bay area.

Members receive special rates at TBIBC events.

Most Chambers give TBIBC members their own Chamber member rates at their events. (Please request member rate information as this does not appear automatically.)

Members receive regular communications about multinational, multicultural business opportunities in our region, and many opportunities to build business relationships. We offer an environment where trust, collaboration and communication helps members benefit from each other’s networks and knowledge, both within the U.S. and in the world of global business.
