The President of the Executive Board is Mr. William (“Bill”) Flynn, a Senior Partner and Board Member of Fowler White Boggs P.A. Mr Flynn is a noted expert on immigration and nationality law, with clients in 70 countries and he has a long history of commitment to the economic development of Tampa Bay.

Dr Yang is the Founding Chairman and past President of Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay, past President of the Suncoast Association of Chinese Americans, and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of 2006 Tampa Bay China Expo. Dr. Yang is the Founder of Yang Management, Inc., Managing Director of LongRunn Alpha Capital, LLC., and a Founding Board Member and Shareholder of VR Medical Technology.
The President of the Board is Mr. Bill Flynn. Mr Flynn is a Shareholder of Fowler White Boggs P.A, and a leading expert in Immigration and Nationality Law. He is and has been a member, officer or director of numerous civic and trade organization including the Tampa Bay International Trade Council of which he is a former Chairman.
The Vice President of Board is Ms. Glynis Ross-Munro of Competency & Performance Solutions. Ms. Ross-Munro is a member of several chambers and has a solid background in international commerce. She trains cultural fluency, connects TBIBC with organizations such as the Florida Minority Supplier Development Council, and manages the Bright House TBIBC Diversity Prize criteria.
The Treasurer is Ms. Joanne Cornell of Ogletree Deakins. She has many years of experience as an Administrator of the British American Business Chamber and she maintains the TBIBC’s finances in excellent condition.
The TBIBIC Secretary is Ms. Solange Benoit. Ms. Benoit has been Secretary of the Caribbean-American Chamber of Commerce for many years, and has extensive experience in organizing events, marketing and communication.

| Mr. William J. Flynn IIIBill Flynnis the current President of the Tampa Bay International Business Council. Born in New York in 1947 he is married to Debbie. He was the driving force behind the recent merger between the International Business Summit and the Tampa Bay International Business Council.Mr. Flynn is a Shareholder of Fowler White Boggs P.A. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and as Secretary/Treasurer of the firm and heads the International Practice Group. He received his B.A. degree from Georgetown University and his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the State University of New York. Mr. Flynn is a member of the Florida and New York Bars. Mr. Flynn is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Immigration and Nationality Law. He is and has been a member, officer or director of numerous civic and trade organization including the Tampa Bay International Trade Council of which he is a former Chairman. He has lectured extensively on immigration law topics and has published a number of articles on immigration law in professional journals, newspaper and textbooks. He serves as Adjunct Professor of Immigration Law at Stetson University College of Law.Bill Flynn’s practice has been exclusively in Immigration Law for the past 30 years. | Glynis Ross-Munro Vice President Glynis Ross-Munro is President of Competency and Performance Solutions. She is a training and business consulting specialist with many years experience in analyzing business issues, and creating innovative learning interventions. She has worked with national and international companies as a thinking partner in business and managerial strategies, and also worked successfully for many years in international commerce and as an entrepreneur herself.Glynis has three degrees in industrial psychology and educational psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand and the University of South Africa. She is qualified in competency-based training assessment through City and Guilds of London. She has traveled on six continents, speaks three languages, and has a diverse and international heritage. She is able to builds bonds between TBIBC and diverse communities, as her company, CPS, is a Minority Business Enterprise, a Woman-Owned Business and certified as a DBE by the Aviation Authority. Glynis is a past director of the American Association of Training and Development, and has an on-going interest in innovative community development. She is the founder of New Tampa Seniors, and finds time to work with troubled teens. She is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement, and a member of the Sandler President’s Club. |
